Digital Canvas
It is common practice for artists to carry sketchbooks and be ready to sketch or capture elements of the environment around them at any given moment.
I was fascinated by the idea that I could carry around a device capable not only of doing this but that would also allow me to do digital manipulations.
So, in 2018, I set out to create a new born-digital work of art or design every day for one full year starting with nothing but a blank digital canvas on an iPhone.
It was not only a great way to quickly play with form and color but also include wider audience experience and be able to share work in real time.
The images featured here are a selection of the work I produced throughout that year as part of this project.
